How do I listen to the Audio Guide?

First, open the Parkwolf Explore GPS while you are in the park (which you can access from the main park screen for your park). You should see something like this:

Audio will play as you approach each stop as you drive. If you do not hear audio, it could be one of these issues:

• Make sure audio is enabled - the "audio" button on the left side should be green. If not, tap to turn it on.
• If you don't see an audio button at all, the audio files have not yet been downloaded. They will download automatically as soon as you have an internet connection and open the app, and then you will have them permanently even if you lose service.
• Make sure your volume is up, and your mute switch (top-left side of your phone) is not enabled.
• Your phone may be connected to your car's bluetooth. If so, make sure you car's audio source is set to bluetooth and your car's stereo volume is up, or turn off the bluetooth so the audio plays from the phone.
• You can test it without waiting until you approach a new place be tapping on the settings icon on the left, then "Play Test Audio"
